Q: What shipping methods do you provide?

A: Express, sea freight, air cargo, land transportation, postal etc
If customers have their own freight companies, we can work with them. If customers don’t have their own freight company, we can help them find the freight company we have been cooperating with.
Freight is always changing. Please refer to the latest quotation for specific freight.

Q: What kind of trade terms do you support?

A: We support multiple trading methods, such as

• EXW: EX works ( named place)
• FCA: Free carrier
• FAS: Free alongside ship
• FOB: Free on board
• CIF: Cost and freight
• CPT: Carriage paid to… ( …named place of destination )
• CIP: Carriage and insurance paid to
• DAT: Delivered at terminal
• DAP: Delivered at place
• DDP: Delivered duty paid

Q: Which currencies do you support for payment?

A: For better cooperation, we not only support the international currency, but also the local currencies of some countries. Such as USD, CNY, EUR, GBP, CAD, HKD, DEM, FRF, AUD etc
We not only have a local foreign exchange receiving account in China, but also Hong Kong receiving account, and Singapore receiving account etc.
Note: Please check with our staff before making the payment.

• 1: Can you supply free samples?

  Normally we supply A4 size samples for free,but for the freight cost should be taken by the clients,then after our cooperation,we can refund the money or deduct the cost from the balance payment

• 2: What is your MOQ?

  It depends on the product you need,normally for aluminium foil,MOQ is 5 tons,while for aluminium circle,MOQ 1.5-2 tons,and for other sheet and coil,for CC material,MOQ 3-5 tons per size,while for DC material,MOQ is 8-10 tons.

• 3:Are you a trading company or a factory?

  Yes. We are professional aluminum products manufacturer.,we have our own factory.Our products are mainly exported, serving various countries and regions around the world.

• 4.: What is your delivery time?

  A: Normally 20-35 days, but it depends on the specifications and the actual condition of the time.

• 5: Do you have stock products to sell?

  Normally we produce the aluminum products as per the customer’s requirements.

• 6: What benefit I can get from our cooperation?
